RxBridges LLC operates a marketplace platform connecting users seeking mentorship with independent mentorship providers. RxBridges is not a staffing agency, placement firm, licensed career counselor, or professional advisor of any kind. The platform facilitates connections only.
RxBridges makes no representations or warranties regarding outcomes of mentorship sessions, including employment, career advancement, compensation, or any other result. All session content is informational only and does not constitute professional, legal, medical, financial, or regulatory advice.
All session fees are charged at the time of booking. By completing a booking, you authorize the applicable charge to your payment method.
Refund requests must be submitted to info@rxbridges.com at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of a session or for completed sessions.
Mentors are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or partners of RxBridges LLC. RxBridges is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or conduct of any mentorship session.
Users must be at least 18 years of age. Users must provide accurate information and may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, or to circumvent platform processes.
All platform content, including design, trademarks, and written materials, is the property of RxBridges LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RxBridges LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform or any mentorship session.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New Jersey.
