1. Identity & credentials
All information provided — including name, credentials, employer, title, and professional background — must be accurate and truthful. Misrepresentation is grounds for immediate removal from the platform.
2. Independent participation
You are participating as an independent individual, not as a representative, agent, or employee of any company, including your current or former employer. You are not authorized to speak on behalf of any organization.
3. Employer & employment obligations
You confirm that participating as a paid mentor on RxBridges does not violate your employment contract, non-compete agreement, moonlighting policy, or any other employer obligation. RxBridges bears no liability for any employment dispute arising from your participation.
4. Confidential information
You will not disclose confidential, proprietary, or trade secret information belonging to your employer or any company you have worked for — including unreleased drug pipelines, internal pricing strategies, contract terms, clinical data not in the public domain, or any information covered by an NDA.
5. Securities law & MNPI
You will not share material non-public information (MNPI) about any publicly traded pharmaceutical company, including pipeline information, trial outcomes, pricing decisions, or earnings guidance, that could constitute insider trading or a securities law violation.
6. Patient data & HIPAA
You will not share any patient data, protected health information (PHI), or HIPAA-covered information in any session, example, or discussion on this platform.
7. Scope of guidance
All sessions are for general career and professional development guidance only. You will not provide legal, investment, clinical, or any other advice that requires a professional license not held in this context.
8. Independent contractor status
You are an independent contractor, not an employee of RxBridges LLC. RxBridges will not withhold taxes on your behalf. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on income earned through this platform.
9. Platform fee
RxBridges retains a 20% platform fee from each session payment. You will receive 80% of the session fee for every completed session. RxBridges sets all pricing — you do not set your own rate.
10. Intellectual property & social media
Any materials or content shared in sessions are either your own original work or used with proper authorization. You will not share content belonging to your employer or any third party without their explicit permission. You grant RxBridges the right to display your profile information and photo on the platform for student discovery purposes, and to feature your name, title, photo, and professional background on RxBridges' social media channels including LinkedIn for the purpose of promoting the platform and mentor community.
11. Liability & indemnification
RxBridges is a marketplace platform only. It does not supervise, verify, endorse, or take responsibility for the content of any mentorship session. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RxBridges LLC, its members, officers, and agents from any claim, loss, damage, or liability arising from your participation as a mentor — including claims by your employer, a pharmaceutical company, a student, or any regulatory body.
